The Camino de Santiago – The Way of Saint James - represents more than one thousand years of history and tradition. Legend has it that the remains of Jesus’s apostle Saint James the Greater lie in Santiago. Its historical, cultural and spiritual path tell a thousand tales of the countless pilgrims that have walked the 4 main routes over the centuries.

Humid and hot in July and August. Best time shoulder months (May and September), for warm days/cool nights.
Late May should be 70's day time; could be 50’s or 60’s in the evening.

Option #2: Fly to arrive: RT Into Lisbon, Portugal (LIS) – Enjoy an extra Pre-Day* and fly in to arrive May 22 for a good night’s sleep, and take the train to Porto in the morn
Return home flight: from either Porto or Lisbon May 29 anytime (or date of your choice)
